Plans and prices

Start with the eval baseline at $1,800 one-time, then take a monthly plan from $1,900. The baseline fee is credited to your first month. Every plan lists its limits and its exit terms on this page.

Prices are the same for everyone and are published here. There is no hourly rate and no usage meter. What changes between plans is how many features are covered, how fast a flagged change is evaluated, and whether the suite runs inside your CI pipeline.

Step one, once

The eval baseline

Before anything can be rerun, there has to be a suite worth rerunning. The baseline builds it: a golden dataset from your real failures, the scorers that fit your feature type, a judge calibrated against human verdicts, and thresholds you agree to.

Entry product

Eval baseline

$1,800one-time, credited to the first month of any plan started within 60 days

Any team with one AI feature in production and no eval suite it trusts.

Included

  • Golden dataset built from your real failures and representative inputs, labelled and versioned
  • Scorers selected per feature type, judge calibrated against human verdicts with agreement reported
  • Thresholds agreed with you
  • First report with current scores and gaps
  • 45-minute walkthrough

Not included

  • Reruns after the baseline
  • Production sampling
  • Monthly reports

What a feature means here

A feature is one AI capability with its own prompt or pipeline and its own golden dataset. Two prompts behind one button are one feature. One prompt serving two products is one feature. A chat assistant and the summariser next to it are two.

Step two, monthly

Ongoing coverage

A suite goes stale. Providers ship updates, your prompts change, and the inputs your users send drift away from the ones you built the dataset from. A monthly plan owns all three.

$1,900per month, after the baseline

Included

  • Reruns on every trigger with a written verdict
  • Production sampling and online scoring
  • Monthly drift report
  • Async channel

Not included

  • Agent span-level evals
  • CI gate integration

What we guarantee

  1. First eval baseline within 10 business days of access.
  2. Every tracked provider update triggers a rerun within 2 business days of the provider's announcement.
  3. Every flagged prompt or retrieval change is evaluated before it ships, within the plan's turnaround.
  4. Monthly drift report by the 5th business day.
  5. Judge recalibrated against human verdicts at least monthly.
  6. If a regression above the agreed threshold reaches production on a change we marked as passed, the next month is free.

These six are the whole list. Nothing else on this site is a guarantee.

What we cannot do

We cannot make a model deterministic or guarantee its outputs. We measure against an agreed dataset and thresholds and report what changed. We do not train or fine-tune models, and we do not replace human review for policy or legal decisions. Coverage is bounded by the dataset and the plan.

Questions about buying

What counts as one feature?
A feature is one AI capability with its own prompt or pipeline and its own golden dataset. Two prompts behind one button are one feature. One prompt serving two products is one feature. A chat assistant and the summariser next to it are two.
Do I have to buy the baseline first?
Yes. A monthly plan reruns a suite, and the baseline is where the suite comes from. The $1,800 baseline fee is credited to the first month of any plan started within 60 days, so it is not an extra cost if you continue.
Which plan fits a team with two features?
Up to three features at $4,400 a month. Two features on two separate One feature plans costs $3,800 and covers less, because span-level evals and the biweekly call only appear on the three-feature plan.
What happens when a provider announces an update?
The change goes into the public change log with the provider's own source. If it touches a model you run, your suite reruns within 2 business days of the announcement and you get a written verdict.
Can I cancel?
Monthly. Cancel with 30 days' notice. No setup fee beyond the baseline. The baseline fee is credited to the first month of any plan started within 60 days.
Do you need access to our production systems?
We need enough to build and rerun the suite: sample inputs and outputs, the prompt or pipeline, and a way to run it. Many teams give us a staging key and an export of logged requests. We work inside your stack and your tooling.

Every plan runs the published protocols. Nothing is done off the record, and the method is the same whether you pay $1,900 or $9,800.
